Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Go to "My Account / Order Status" to check the status of your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Log in to your account. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Log in to "My Account / Order Status" to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  That's a problem! First, please check to see that the order was shipped by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If the status indicates the order has "shipped," but you still don't have it in hand within five shipping days, or if the status indicates "delivered," but you didn't receive it, please call us toll free at 1-877-767-3948 to speak with one of us. Alternatively, drop us an email and we'll look into the issue right away: CustomerCare@paperposey.com.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, you may check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. An item is listed as back-ordered on my packing slip. When will it arrive?
  First of all, we're sorry for any inconvenience to you. Back-ordered items are those which are not in stock, but which are on re-order from our distributors. Normal time for back-ordered items to be shipped is seven to ten working days from order, with an additional three days to arrive at your door. So, this is slightly unpredictable but know that we are doing our best to ship the item to you as soon as possible.
